Terms of Service

By accessing CreateForge AI, creating an account, buying credits, or submitting a generation job, you agree to these terms and the policies they link to. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding access to your account, and activity performed through it. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

CreateForge AI is a digital-only service for directing AI image and video models, tracking generation jobs, and storing eligible results in a private Library. A purchase is fulfilled digitally when the applicable credits or subscription access are added after successful payment. No physical goods are shipped.

Model access depends on third-party infrastructure, including Kie and the underlying model providers. Features, models, parameters, availability, processing times, moderation decisions, and output quality may change or become temporarily unavailable. A quoted job does not guarantee that a provider will accept or complete it.

Prices, included credits, and the credit quote for a generation are shown before the applicable transaction or job is submitted. A generation quote is normally valid for 10 minutes and may change if you change the model, inputs, output count, duration, resolution, or other billable settings. Credits are a limited license to use CreateForge services; they are not money, transferable property, or redeemable for cash except where law requires.

Credits are reserved when a job is submitted. Each requested output is settled separately: credits allocated to a successfully saved output are consumed, while credits allocated to a failed output are released. A partially successful job therefore charges only for its successful outputs. If a provider submission is uncertain, the related reservation can remain in place while we determine whether the provider accepted the job.

Stripe processes checkout and subscription billing. One-time credit packs are charged once and do not renew; those permanent credits do not expire unless stated otherwise. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month using the payment method managed through Stripe until canceled. By starting a subscription, you authorize the recurring charge displayed at checkout.

First Forge is a one-time welcome offer of 100 permanent credits and may be purchased only once per account, including by an account that already has another paid plan. A successful payment permanently uses that account's First Forge eligibility. A canceled, expired, or unpaid Checkout does not use it; a later refund or payment dispute does not restore it.

Permanent and subscription credits are maintained as separate balances. Subscription credits are added after each successfully paid monthly invoice and accumulate only across continuous paid periods. You may cancel through the billing controls; cancellation stops future renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. When that period ends, or when a later subscription begins after a payment gap, remaining subscription credits are cleared. Cancellation, non-payment, and subscription expiration do not clear permanent credits.

Price changes apply prospectively. If a subscription price changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users before the new price applies to a later renewal. See the Pricing page and Refund Policy for current purchase and cancellation rules.

You retain rights you already hold in prompts, uploads, and other material you provide. You grant CreateForge and the service providers involved in a request the limited rights needed to receive, process, transmit, temporarily store, secure, and return that material and its results.

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated output for lawful purposes. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, non-unique, or similar to output generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing output before publication or commercial use and for obtaining any permissions required for people, brands, copyrighted material, personal data, or other protected content.

• Do not use the service for illegal, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, or rights-infringing activity.
• Do not generate or distribute child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, exploitative sexual content, or content that facilitates serious violence, self-harm, terrorism, or other illegal harm.
• Do not impersonate people deceptively, create misleading deepfakes without appropriate authorization or disclosure, harass or dox others, commit fraud, or knowingly spread materially deceptive information.
• Do not use the service to promote unlawful hatred or discrimination, violate privacy or publicity rights, or process biometric or other sensitive personal information without a lawful basis.
• Do not bypass access controls, probe the service, interfere with other users, resell account access, or automate requests outside documented limits.
• Do not evade or attempt to reverse engineer safety controls, content filters, rate limits, credit checks, provider restrictions, or moderation decisions.
• Do not submit material unless you have the rights and permissions needed to process it.

Requests and outputs may be checked by automated systems operated by CreateForge or its providers. Automated safeguards can make mistakes, including false positives and false negatives. We may reject a request, remove access to an output, preserve relevant records, or refer a matter to an appropriate authority when reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, provider compliance, or law. Contact support if you believe a request was incorrectly blocked.

CreateForge is an independent platform. References to model, provider, company, and product names identify compatible services; those names and marks belong to their respective owners. Unless we expressly say otherwise, CreateForge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those owners.

The service may link to third-party websites or depend on third-party services that CreateForge does not control. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. To the extent permitted by law, CreateForge is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or independent acts, but this does not remove obligations CreateForge has directly to you.

If you believe material accessible through CreateForge infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or another protected right, contact us using the details below. Include your name and contact details, your relationship to the rights holder, identification of the protected work or right, the relevant URL, task, or asset identifier, and a concise explanation of the concern.

Confirm that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act for them. We may request more information and, after a reasonable review, may restrict access, remove material, preserve evidence, or take another appropriate action.

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, the platform, or legal compliance, including for fraud, payment disputes, security risks, or material violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and cancel an active subscription through the available billing controls.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, acceptance of any output for a particular purpose, or that generated material will be accurate, unique, or free of third-party claims.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreateForge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. CreateForge's total liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid to CreateForge during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue informally. This request does not shorten a legal deadline or limit a right that cannot be waived.

If part of these terms is found unenforceable, it will be applied to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining terms will continue. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. These terms and the policies they expressly incorporate form the agreement governing the service.

We may update these terms prospectively. For a material change, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice through the service or an account communication when practicable. The revised date above identifies the current version. If you do not agree to an update, stop using the service before it takes effect.
