Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding access to your account, and all activity performed through it. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

CreateForge AI provides an online workspace for directing AI models, tracking generation jobs, and storing eligible results. Features, models, availability, processing times, and output quality may change. Third-party model providers may also impose technical or content limits.

Prices, included credits, renewal periods, and other purchase terms are shown before checkout. One-time credits do not expire unless stated otherwise. Subscription credits apply only to the relevant billing period and may expire at its end. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise.

You retain rights you already hold in prompts, uploads, and other material you provide. You grant us and our service providers the limited rights needed to process that material, operate the service, secure it, and deliver results. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated output for lawful purposes. AI output may be inaccurate, non-unique, or similar to output generated for others.

• Do not use the service for illegal, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, or rights-infringing activity.
• Do not generate or distribute unlawful sexual content, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or instructions that facilitate serious harm.
• Do not bypass access controls, probe the service, interfere with other users, resell account access, or automate requests outside documented limits.
• Do not submit material unless you have the rights and permissions needed to process it.

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, the platform, or legal compliance, including for fraud, payment disputes, security risks, or material violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and cancel an active subscription through the available billing controls.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, acceptance of any output for a particular purpose, or that generated material will be error-free or free of third-party claims. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreateForge AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. We may update the terms prospectively by posting a revised version.
