Refund Policy

We aim to make billing clear while accounting for the immediate cost of digital credits and AI generation services.

Digital delivery and policy scope

CreateForge provides digital credits and AI generation services; no physical goods are shipped. Credits or subscription access are delivered to the account after successful payment, and generation service is supplied when credits are settled for a successful output. This policy applies to purchases made directly through CreateForge and Stripe.

Unused one-time credit purchases

You may request a full refund within 7 days of a one-time credit-pack purchase if that purchased allocation remains unused. Once credits from the allocation have been consumed for successful outputs, the purchase is generally non-refundable because digital service and provider capacity have been supplied.

First Forge may be purchased only once per account. Successful payment consumes that purchase eligibility permanently, even if we later approve a refund or the payment is disputed. A canceled, expired, or unpaid Checkout does not consume the eligibility. This eligibility rule does not limit any refund or consumer right that cannot be waived by law.

An open generation reservation is not itself a final charge, but it may delay the refund review until the job reaches a final state. Credits released from a failed output return to the relevant balance. We use the purchase record, credit ledger, current balances, and open jobs to determine whether the allocation remains unused.

Monthly subscriptions and renewals

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel through the available billing controls at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Subscription credits remain usable through that period, then are cleared. A later subscription started after a payment gap begins a new subscription balance. Permanent credits purchased separately are never cleared by subscription cancellation, expiration, or a payment gap.

Subscription fees for a period that has already started are generally non-refundable and are not prorated once subscription credits or service capacity have been used. Billing errors, duplicate charges, and non-waivable consumer rights remain covered below.

Failed and partially successful generations

CreateForge reserves credits before submitting a generation. Each requested output is settled separately: a successful output consumes its allocated credits, and a failed or rejected output normally releases its allocated reservation. A partially successful job therefore charges only for outputs that were successfully saved to the Library.

A provider submission with an uncertain state can remain reserved while we determine whether it was accepted; this avoids charging twice or submitting a duplicate job. A correctly released reservation does not also create a cash refund. Contact us if the job record and balance do not reconcile or no usable result was saved.

Billing errors and unauthorized charges

Contact us promptly if you believe you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, did not receive purchased credits, or do not recognize a CreateForge transaction. We will compare the Stripe transaction, Checkout record, invoice or PaymentIntent, and credit ledger. You may also have rights through your financial institution; asking us to investigate first does not waive those rights or shorten any applicable deadline.

Refund limitations

Consumed credits, completed generation service, promotional or test credits, and changes in currency conversion or bank fees are not normally refundable. We may decline a discretionary refund that is fraudulent, duplicative, or abusive. These limitations do not apply where a refund or other remedy is required by law.

How to request a refund

Use the contact page or email contactus@createforgeai.com. Include the account email, payment date, amount, transaction or invoice identifier if available, and a brief explanation. Do not send passwords or complete card details. Approved cash refunds are submitted through Stripe to the original payment method. Stripe, the card network, and your financial institution determine when the refund appears.

Mandatory consumer rights

This policy does not limit refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. We may also grant refunds in exceptional cases at our discretion without creating an ongoing obligation to do so. The Terms of Service and Pricing page provide the related account, credit, and purchase terms.
